Project Scope: Sequence of Operation: The proposed system consists of an MFT 250 SLD High Performance Friction Feeder to be mounted onto your Bobst Amazon folder gluer. The feeder will be able to feed 8” wide products. The feeder as equipped will be able to feed your CD products. The feeder is equipped with Continuous Accutipping to ensure uniform product placement. An encoder will be attached to ride on a belt to match variations in the line speed. Side guides on the feeder discharges will aid in maintaining product placement and orientation. A start sensor will be positioned to trigger the product as the carrier approaches. A mounting frame will be supplied to support the feeder on the Bobst.
