Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. The feeder separates and feeds your products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they are counted into batches and collected in the catch tray. Once the operator removes the batch from the catch tray, the system will automatically begin counting the next batch. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on testing the products as submitted -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

Bumped for prior to ship payment. Need to order crate. 6/19: Moved ship date up from /731 to 6/27 - KSJ 6/14: Moved from Production to Integration. pm 6/13: In second burn in. Samples arrived. Haven't been checked in. 6/6: Received down payment. 3rd in line to review. 5/30: LL will follow up on down payment again 5/23: Customer said they are wiring down payment today. 5/16: LL will bump for down payment 5/9: New order, waiting for money.
