Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 550 IP3 Series XED (372mm) discharge The proposed system consists of MFT IP3 550XED industrial performance friction feeder. The feeder will separate and feed chipboard sheets from the feeder infeed magazine. Feeder Note: -The feeder will receive a feed signal from a dry contact provided by the customer -MFT is not supplying a cable for the host system start signal but it has been optioned Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based the customer running the product on other MFT systems -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
