Project Scope: (2) MFT IP 350XED Friction Feeders w/ ADT (Automatic Drop Tables) The feeder separates and feeds your products from a stack and collects them in the ADT. Once the start sensor detects a passing lug on your existing conveyor, the ADT will transfer the stack and the feeder will automatically begin counting the next batch. System Notes: -One feeder will be mounted onto a cantilevered stand on rollers to allow the system to be moved inline and 90 degrees to the line for your different product -One system will have two stands to allow the feeder to be quickly separated from the ADT to be used as just the feeder for direct feeding into your conveyor for your longer products beyond 12" long and up to 20" Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product per feeder/ADT as sold. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" for all tested products only -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

Borrow feeder from Micah 3/28: Waiting on shortages (covers) which are due mid-next week. 3/21: Video is approved. Waiting on static bars from Shutterfly. 3/14: In Integration. Video sent to sales, waiting on approval. Need a shipping method. 3/12: unit #1: For the ADT bracket we can backorder that and just use cable ties of the E/R pair rod for now. 3/7: Jim updated work order to mid-March ship for unit #1; added above notes and changed ship date for first shipment too 2/29: In production waiting for shortages for feeders & 1 ADT is not pulled. 2/22: In production going as far as they can with the shortages. Haven't picked drop tables yet. 2/19: Moved ADT350 from Micah's area to Production; 3/15 ship system #1 and 4/05 system #2 -KSJ 2/15: Processed and starting to quote parts. 2/14: updated samples photos and information per JIm Iler's direction - KSJ 2/13: added the "L" for the HD support P/N 4198300 or A25 to the Work Order -KSJ 2/9: Found two product samples BUT we only sold one (1) set-up per feeder- SALES TO ADVISE; added photos and sample information to Work Order and in Project Docs folder -KSJ
