Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 350 iP3 Series XED A Case Packer (at the customer's site) will erect and form a case, after which it will be loaded and indexed into a moving pocket. The system will send a signal to the feeder to dispense the folded 8.5" x 11" single sheet or a group of sheets, up to 8 sheets, folded in half and stapled at a rate of 6 per minute. All products will be dispensed in the 8.5" dimension leading. System Notes: -Pneumatic shaker to assist in consistent product feeding -Customer responsible for mounting feeder at location. No stand or mounting hardware is included in this proposal. -Product feed direction needs to be confirmed Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test two (2) products. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is offered as "formal" pending receipt and review of samples -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Optional Items: -Spare Parts Kit

Need shipping method. 3/28: Customer sending samples, leaving tomorrow. 3/21: In Integration. 3/14: Moved to Integration yesterday. 3/7: In Production; customer is shipping samples 3/6: reviewed WO and forwarded to Procurement; set ESTIMATED MRD should we received payment week of 3/6 - KSJ 2/29: Bumped a few times on payment. Told us they would have us an answer today. 2/22: New order, waiting for down payment. Sales just finished workorder. Will review.
