Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 550 IP3 SS XLD Stainless Steel Friction Feeder (600mm (23.62") long discharge) The Friction Feeder separates the products from a vertical stack and individually transfers them onto the discharge of the feeder. Products are then fed into the stationary cases traveling intermittently on your existing transport. Feeder Notes: -Designed for precise feeding of chipboard divider sheets into stationary cases at a rate of up to 45 sheets per minute. -To ensure smooth and reliable feeding, a Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly with Diamond Support Plate supports the stack from the back during the feeding process. -To facilitate seamless integration, the feeder comes equipped with an Input / Output board and a wire harness assembly, enabling it to receive 24VDC signals from the host system controller. These signals include essential functions such as feed signal, feeder on, feeder off, auto on, auto off, and clear cancel, ensuring a well-coordinated feeding process. -The MFT 550 IP3 Stainless Steel feeder is thoughtfully designed with stainless steel cases, hex head fasteners, connectors, a wash-down motor, and cables, making it perfectly suitable for wash-down environments. Its innovative stainless steel use case within a case design allows for easy cleaning with water, steam, chemicals, or a combination of cleaning agents. -Stack Light Assembly is included, providing you with a quick glance at the machine status. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having complete products and/or label for testing or Engineering review -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
