Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 350XED Friction Feeder. The feeder will separate and feed your various products from a stack in the in-feed hopper of the feeder. As the products exit the discharge, they will be placed onto your existing flat belt conveyor for your printing operation. System Notes: -The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-350 Stand on Rollers which has casters, height adjustment and leveling pads. -The Top Side Guide 16mm 550vac assembly will be provided as a component so the end customer can use it on their current conveyor. Any tie in brackets to get this to adapt and mount to their existing conveyor will be done by the end customer. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test ONE (1) PRODUCT per feeder system. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested all products. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

Will pay us when they get it. 3/27: Moved to Sales for Video Approval. QA is Done 3/21: Jim is scheduling the wk of 3/25 3/14: Jim trying to schedule for the week of 3/25. 3/7: still waiting on parts - guide parts 2/29: In Integration, still WAITING FOR PARTS on the mount for the feeder. 2/22: In second burn in. Will move to Integration tomorrow. Jim going to do set up himself. Part shortages. Will need some parts modified. 2/15: In production. In queue. Need parts for mount. 2/13: added 24.6" long rod (standard part number) to Work Order for discharge guide -KSJ 2/9: Work Order reviewed and sent to Procurement; product to be set-up not defined by SALES TBD; -KSJ 2/8: Received down payment today 2/8: The ship date is based on having parts and money in by 2/15; requested verification of product to be ran - only 1 set up per feeder -KSJ 2/1: New order. Waiting for money.
