Project Scope: Featuring: (1) MFT IP 550 Wash-down feeder. The Friction Feeder will individually separate and feed your product from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. The feeder start signal is provided by a start sensor mounted over your existing line detecting passing pizza crusts. Once the passing pizza crusts are detected, the product is fed onto the passing pizza crust (Forpak system). Systema Notes: -The feeder is equipped with a Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back to provide timed product placement during ramp up/down and any line speed variations. -This system will use the existing motor cables and encoder on your existing feeder. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Note: -This proposal is considered "Formal" since we will be running the exact same product as the system in the field (WO 2016177) -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
