Project Scope: Featuring: Impresso labeler The products are fed upside down through the infeed hopper and then travel down the flexible discharge where the Impresso labeler applies a RFID label. The labeled product continues to travel down the flexible discharge at a 180° angle and are placed onto a roll of tape. A motorized driven pressure roller will secure the labeled product over the tape as it passes through the transport. Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary". -MFT has no samples per the last system and requires new samples should a system be ordered -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product with One (1) label combination. If, for some unforeseen reason, additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Labeling Notes: -The paper label liner must be free of cuts, nicks and deep die-line cuts to be successfully applied at the speeds as quoted -MFT is not responsible for the RFID chip and any breakage (chip detaching from antenna) that might occur while being handled and/or dispense on the MFT labeler. MFT assumes that the RFID chip has been tested for automated dispensing. -MFT assumes the same label construction (material and adhesive) as the last system ordered.

Waiting on parts. 3/7: Change ship date due to parts; moved to 3/28 from 3/14 - needs video approval 2/29: In production waiting for shortages 2/22: Picking today. Will have part shortages. 2/15: Processed, parts on order 2/8: Kevin checking on top level drawing. 2/1: Signed drawing received on 1/25. Need to verify where project is to move it forward. 1/25: Bumped Jim for signed drawings. Jim will bump customer today. 1/18 - Sent customer drawing. Waiting on approval. 1/11: After AFC still in ME 1/4: In Mechanical to provide mounting for Impresso Labeler. 12/28: No change 12/21: Haven't done anything.
