Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 350 IP Friction Feeder with XED (3752MM) discharge and catch tray. The feeder will separate and feed your glasses from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. As they are fed, they will be counted into a user specified batch. The products will be collected into a stack, in the catch tray, as they exit the feeder. The system will automatically begin counting the next batch once the operator removes the counted stack. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested all products. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance.
