Project Scope: Featuring: (2) MFT IP 250XED HCP Tipping Feeders, (3) MFT IP 350XED HCP Tipping Feeders, (3) MFT IP 350XED HCP Base Feeders, (2) MFT IP 350ED HCP Tipping Feeders (2) Driven Discharge Tipping Units, and (2) APL 2000-350 Automatic Product Loaders. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will NOT be setting up for any products. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will set up APL's side guides to work for both CR80 and 8.5"W x 11" long standard paper product; APL will run CR - 80's but will need to be configured for up to 8.5" W x 11" products for the APL side guide cuts. This means the side guides will need to be cut back further to extend out for 8.5" x 11" products. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having no set-ups included -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Delivery Notes: -350 Base feeder - (1) in 4 weeks or less. (1) in 5 - 6 weeks. Remaining to follow shortly after. -350 Tipping Feeders (for dual stage) - (1) in 4 weeks or less. Last one in 5 - 6 weeks. -Driven Discharge - (1) in 4 weeks or less. Last one in 5 - 6 weeks. -APL - Ideally, 4 weeks on one. 5 - 6 weeks on the second one. -Remaining items, (3) 350 tipping feeders and (2) 250 tipping feeders please define what we can do.
