Project Scope: Sequence of Operation: The IP 550ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your magazines from a stack and feed them onto your existing vacuum base. An APL 2000-550 Automatic Product Loader will provide automatic increased loading capacity and consistent stack height. An encoder will be mounted on your existing base to track line speed for accurate product placement (user settable) during normal operation, ramp up/down and any line speed variations. The system will mount onto a mobile Bolt Adjustable Stand on Rollers.
