Project Scope: Featuring: MFT V 350XED Signature Series single shot friction feeder. The feeder dispenses a product once a dry contact start signal is received from your controller via your existing signal interface cable through the supplied adaptor. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" as it is duplicate to your existing feeder S/N 1501-09157 (WO2015102). -The feeder will be configured the same as your current feeder and with the quoted items. -No products have been submitted -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will not set-up and test any products. Set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
