Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder The feeder will separate your products from a stack in the in-feed hopper of the feeder. As they exit the feeder they will be fed into your existing flighted conveyor. Once a dry contact is received from your system the feeder will dispense the products. ***Nerhadou is not able to provide samples for evaluation and testing but still wants to purchase the machine. Nerhadou will be responsible for the setup and testing of the feeder and MFT cannot provide any guarantees on the feeding of the products since testing samples couldn't be provided.*** Notes: -This proposal is "formal" and Nerhadou takes all responsibility for setting up the feeder -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a walk around video of the machine for acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT does not include a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
