Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 550SLD Friction Feeder (Elastic Belt). The feeder will separate and feed your sheets from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder allowing Avery to perform their secondary operations. MFT is providing the extruded side rail assembly from the in-house demo at MFT. System Notes: - The Automatic Product Loader, configured inline with the feeder, will provide increased loading capacity to the system. - Avery will mount the feeder to their existing system. - Avery will handle all mounting to their existing system and integration of all mechanical and electrical aspects. - Avery will provide the mounting for MFT's product sensor (sensor used in place of the E/R pair). Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested all products. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason, additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.) It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
