Project Scope: Featuring: Two (2) MFT Automation Impresso Labelers (4" LH) for High-Speed Label Application A customer-mounted sensor on the host system will detect the backer cards as they travel on a Moll Folder Gluer, signaling the Impresso Labeler to precisely apply a label (Velcro) onto the base sheet. Here are some key features of the Impresso Labeler: -With a remarkable speed of 250 labels per minute, these labelers offer exceptional efficiency for your production line. -Brushless Servo Motor: The Impresso Labeler is equipped with a high-performance brushless servo motor, ensuring reliable and precise label application. -Continuous Motion Accutipping: Our labeler incorporates Continuous Motion Accutipping technology, utilizing an encoder with a wheel mounted on the base machine to monitor its speed. This innovative system adjusts the labeler's speed and timing to guarantee accurate label placement, regardless of the speed variations of the base machine. System Notes: -This proposal includes sample testing and a machine acceptance video. -Straddle Mounting for the Impresso Labeler is not provided as part of this proposal -The product start/signal sensor mounting is not supplied with this proposal Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not testing the label as submitted. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project --MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, mount/install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Labeler Notes: -The label sensor set-up maybe difficult based on the construction of the label (Velcro). MFT will need to test the label (Velcro) to assure it can be consistently sensed. MFT has included a capacitive sensor (non-standard) in this proposal which should work for your application. -MFT may need to use a hold-down brush in place of the normal fixed steel hold-down due to the height and rigidity of the label (Velcro). -Typical placement accuracy is ±2mm to ±3mm and is exclusive of product and/or label variations -Label supply roll = 20" maximum OD x 3" ID Core -The paper label liner must be free of cuts, nicks and deep die-line cuts to be successfully applied at the speeds as quoted -Product flow of the labeler is left to right as facing the labeler's operator controls -The label is round, opaque with a white poly liner. -No mounting has been provided for the Impresso Labeler
