Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 550 IP3 SS XED w/ 375mm (14.76") extended discharge. The proposed system consists of two MFT Automation 550 IP3 SS XED Wash Down Friction Feeder systems to each feed Kraft Paper Sheets into a customer-supplied and integrated tray on a CVP MasterBagger at a rate of up to 15 per minute. Each Friction Feeder will separate the Kraft Paper Sheets from an inclined stack and will transfer them one at a time into the discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly with Rigidized Support Plate will be utilized to support the stack of product from the back as they are fed. The feeder will be signaled to feed a sheet into a customer supplied integrated tray and will provide back feeder status using a 10m (33ft) Standard Interface Cable Assembly. Each feeder is equipped with Stainless steel cases, hex head fasteners, connectors, a wash down motor, and cables to accommodate a wash down enviroment. The friction feeder uses case inside of a case design to allow for cleaning with water, steam, chemicals, or a mixture. The Stack Light Assembly will provide machine status at a glance. Also included are welded four (4) tapped welded bosses to the back side of each of the feeder control cabinets, in the same location as the pre-designed mounting holes. Notes: -No samples submitted; This proposal is considered "budgetary" until samples are available for Engineering Review and/or testing. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -A drawing with the specifications of the boss location, size, diameter, and tapped hole size has been provided to Jonathan Lui at JLS Automation and the drawing has been approved. -This proposal includes a UL508a/NFPA79 field evaluation of both feeders. -This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeders with the existing conveyor. -ref S 34861- SmithfielD

Customer wants them when they are done even if it's a split shipment. 8/4: Samples received, sample dimensions updated on project and WO-MSK 8/3: No change. 7/27: No change -all parts ordered 7/20: parts on order -exception is stripper wheel 7/17 Customer has requested to receive the first feeder as soon as possible. 7/10 Location of samples is BR1B 7/10: Moved machine ready date base on feeder motor availability (1 on hand; 1 ordered due 11/20) -KSJ 7/6: Processed and quoting parts. We have a small quantity of samples. Mark to request a larger quantity. 6/29: Move to procurement shortly. 6/29: NO PRODUCTS SUBMITTED WITH ORDER AND BUDGETARY QUOTE -going to release on good faith; sent to Mark B for release -KSJ 6/22: No change. Waiting on Mark N. 6/15: Similar to JLS WO 2013094. Need to review WO. Kevin will get done today. 6/8: Received down payment. Work Done: Per KSJ 8/14/23 WO 2023067 JLS Automation estimated delivery based on motor availability. The estimated early dates are only as good as the date the motor actually comes in. We also have some Stainless Steel parts out until 9/08 so what we can deliver is Vendor based, not the product of MFT. OPT #1:The SSTL motor comes in in Early (end of August) with One (1) Delivery to Customer Both Feeders - Machine Ready Date 10/13/2023 No additional charges OPT #2: One motor back ordered in November with Two (2) Deliveries to Customer One Feeder -Machine Ready Date 10/13/2023 Second Feeder – Machine Ready Date 12/14/2023 Additional charge for UL508A/NFPA evaluation =$3,930 The Quote covers only one evaluation visit (visits are charged by the day) OPT #3:No changes with One (1) Delivery to Customer Both Feeder -Machine Ready Date 12/14/2023
