Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 350 IP3 SLD Friction Feeder This system will separate and feed your products from a stack in the infeed hopper. The discharge will be equipped with a split discharge with an opening of 80mm to allow you to label on the top of the product. System Notes: -The handling of the discharged products is the responsibility of the customer -Installation of the MFT proposed system will be the responsibility of the customer -MFT is not setting up the system with the product as Trimatt has already tested these on their test equipment. Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having complete products and/or label for testing or Engineering review. MFT can not guarantee any product handling without testing prior to the order. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
