Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 250IP FXED Friction Feeder and APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader. The inline APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader provides increased loading capacity to the system. The products are feed via the APL into the feeder. The Feeder separates and feeds the products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. As the products are transported through the discharge of the feeder, they are positioned to exit in a downward position to be dropped into a bag. The system has a signal interface cable to allow the customers' bagger to send a dry contact to the feeder to dispense a single product. Notes: -This proposal is "formal". -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. For some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -The integration into the bagger including the mounting of the feeder, signaling and timing of the system will be done by RV Evans. -The feeder will be mounted and integrated by Linc Systems end customer. -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -MFT is not providing a layout drawing per this proposal and is available as an option -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Optional items: - Product Pneumatic Shaker to actuate the stack as they are fed. - Siko Feeder Adjustment to provide a readout of the stripper wheel height adjustment and the upper discharge. - Product index support to provide a scaled readout on the support curve. - Low Product Sensor and bracket to provide a low product warning (stack light required for visual display). - Stack light to show machines status from a glance. - Spare Parts Kit
