Project Scope: Featuring: (1) Tipping feeder - MFT 250 IP Tipping Feeder w/ XED (372mm) Discharge, (4) Base Feeders - MFT IP 250ED Friction Feeder. Base Feeders: The Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be controlled to feed from your existing controller by RS 232 communication. Tipping Feeder: The proposed feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor (supplied by GT) to trigger off the leading edge of the product. The feeder will then accurately place the product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller. The feeder will be equipped with discharge side guiding to register the products as they are fed. Graph Tech will provide the start sensor, transfer roller and encoder. Optional items: -Start sensor and start sensor bracket. -Upgrade price to Accutipping with encoder. -Spare parts kit. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" assuming these are standard M6 backers. Upon receiving cards and they are not the industry standard, any additions required will be billable to the customer. -Windowed M6 backers would need to be reviewed prior to order to ensure they can be fed. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -The feeder will be mounted and integrated by Graph Tech. -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
