Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 350SLD HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. The feeder will mount over your existing folder gluer base using the extruded mounting frame. Once the sensor detects a passing base product, the feeder will accurately feed and dispense a booklet onto the base product. Feeder Notes: -Feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder to accurately place the card accounting for line speed changes. Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary". -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason, additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not included a layout drawing -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance.
