Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 250ED Friction Feeder. The Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be controlled to feed from your existing controller by RS 232 communication. Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having complete products and/or label for testing or Engineering review -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
