Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 550SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder The operator orients and loads the Foil Pouches into the infeed hopper of the Friction Feeder. The feeder is equipped with a vacuum discharge to expose the top surface of the products as they are fed. As the bags flow under the Bell-Mark EP3 Transfer Transfer Printer, each bags is printed upon (Bell-Mark supplied and installed Printer). Next a color-verifying vision system will scan each product to ensure the correct pouch was printed onto. If the incorrect color pouch was inadvertently included in the batch, the machine will pause allowing for manual removal from the operator. A magnetic catch tray is included to ease in the offloading of printed products. Estimated throughput is 30 pouches/minute. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested the product. Testing is completed by Micah -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. For some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -Bell-Mark will mount and install the printer at Bell-Mark's facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval showing the feeding and separation of the bags only. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -MFT is not providing a system drawing -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Printing Notes: -MFT is not supplying the signal, mounting, testing or any integration of the Bell-Mark printer -MFT is not providing the Printer software with this proposal -MFT assumes that the customer has pre-qualified both the product and ink for compatibility -MFT is not responsible for smudging, smearing and print quality due to incompatibility of products and ink
