Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 250 IP3 XED (372MM) Friction Feeder with flexible segmented discharge to feed folded paper leaflets vertically into the in feed of a Consolidated Cartoning machine at a rate of up 100 per minute. The feeder separates your folded leaflets from a vertical stack of the infeed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the discharge of the feeder. Using a Standard Interface Cable Assembly, the Consolidated machine will signal the feeder to discharge the leaflet into cartoning machine, once complete the feeder will send back a cycle complete signal to the cartooning machine. . Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having complete products for testing or Engineering review -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -The customer will provide the start signal for the feeder -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will test and create a video showing function of system for machine acceptance. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance *This system is a duplicate of Serial #1638-09478, provide by Consolidated Technology. Any revisions made to the previous versions of any components will be updated with this order*

(estimated shipping wk of 8/20) 8/3: Working on workorder 7/27: Michelle needs to complete the Work Order and send to Procurement 7/20: Need adjusted PO 7/6: Waiting for financials to be updated. Need updated PO. 6/29: Updated Work Order (excel) and sent to Mark B. -KSJ 6/29: Waiting on WO to be updated. Kevin will do it. Accounting needs copy of signed quote. 6/22: Have updated quote to customer. Todd has it. Need to update paperwork and invoicing, etc. 6/15: Need to update WO to reflect change noted below. 6/8: Ordered flexible discharge but want a repeat of old order. Now need a standard XED. Need to process how to handle. 5/25: Processed and need to order 1 part. 5/23: Reviewed WO and notified Mark B; set estimated ship date -KSJ 5/18: WO needs to be completed; requested drawing for customer 5/11: Need work order review. 5/4: New order. Received down payment today.
