Project Scope: Featuring: (4) MFT IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder, (2) Automatic Product Loader APL 2000-190 2 meters long. Each feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a dry contact from your controller through the signal interface cable. The feeder has an available output to confirm the successful completion of that cycle, called the Cycle Complete, that you can monitor. The APL's as proposed will provide an increased loading capacity to the two feeders for your thicker leaflets. The APL'S as proposed will be 'inline' in configuration. Revision 5 Notes: -For products that are within tolerance the estimated loading capacity of the system will be as follows. The setup of the machines needs to be done in accordance with the manual and by trained operators. - Narrow product: Vertical 18” – 225 products -Wide product: 2 meter APL – 217 products -The Feeders will be flat when feed by the APL's Each feeder will be equipped with the following upgrades: -Low Product Sensor and bracket to detect if a low product condition has occurred - the low product condition can be monitored via the J1 port for JRA to display on their HMI. -Index Product Support Curve - upgrade to rear support with scales. -Vacuum Chamber and Vacuum Piab upgrade for increased feeding support of the product as they are fed. (The end customer will provide the vacuum source to the chambers). -Siko Counter Adjustment - upgrade to height adjustment on the feeder for repeatable changeover. Notes: -This proposal is formal having tested the customers product -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product for each feeder system. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Optional items: -Spare Parts Kit for critical spares to the feeder. -Stack light assembly for visual display of the feeder.
Notes: SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: For all shipments please refer to the routing instructions that accompany your PO. Shipments greater than 75 lbs are typically routed through Recon Logistics – 440-708-2306. If you have questions regarding account numbers or did not receive a copy of your supplier routing instructions please email logistics@jrautomation.com. Failure to follow shipping instructions may result in delayed payment or non-payment of charges. Receiving hours are 7 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday. Hopefully early next week. 4/20: Samples are in back. Received down payment. 4/13: New order. Waiting for down payment.
