Project Scope: Sequence of Operation: The proposed system consists an Automatic Product Loader to be added to an existing MFT 250 IP ED Friction feeder system for increased in feed magazine capacity. The existing MFT 250 IP Friction feeder system will tip products up to 200mm wide onto your existing card line. The Automatic Product Loader will be positioned behind the feeder and a sensor will be mounted in the in feed magazine of the feeder to signal the Automatic Loader to replenish the stack on the feeder once it falls below a present level. Options Available: As an option the Automatic Product Loader can be positioned at 90 degrees in respect to the feeder. An optional Remote Keypad Assembly can be used to allow the controls of the feeder to be located in the optimum position. An optional Vacuum Track Assembly consists of a feed belt with holes and a vacuum chamber that can be used to help the feeder better grip the product as it is fed. Air injection side guides can be used to inject air in the side of the stack to pre break apart products that are stuck together before they are fed. Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation. As an option start up assistance can be purchases at your location, plus travel and living expenses that are billed at actual cost. Additional hours are available at our standard rates. We recommend that the technician set up the equipment at your facility and train your personnel on proper operation, adjustments and maintenance. Equipment not manufactured by Multifeeder is quoted on the basis of proposals from the vendor. Price changes from the vendor will be adjusted at the time of your order. This proposal reflects the use of Multifeeder Technology’s standard specifications. Any alteration to this proposal will be on a time and materials basis. Technical support will be scheduled after a signed purchase order has been received by Multifeeder Technology. Please allow enough time for your purchase order to be received before scheduling service support.
