Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 250 IP Series Feeder w/ XED (372mm) Discharge The Feeder separates and feeds your product from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they are registered in the discharge of the feeder via the discharge side guiding. The feeder is equipped with a Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller, with encoder feedback, to follow the speed of your existing conveyor. The feeder also includes Serial Communications to signal the feeder to start and stop. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on the product as a standard CR-80 card. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. For some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Optional items: -Automatic Product Loader (APL) for increase loading capacity -Anti Static Bar -Pneumatic Shaker -Spare Parts Kit
