Project Scope: Sequence of Operation: The proposed system consists of three MFT 350 Industrial Performance “IP” Series XED Friction Feeder systems and three MFT 550 Industrial Performance “IP” Series XED Friction Feeder systems to feed game boards or paper leaflets into game boxes at a rate of up to 60 per minute. This proposal assumes that Green Planet will be responsible for the mounting, testing, and integration of the equipment. Green Planet will be responsible to be certain that the game boxes to receive the game boards are presented under the feeder straight +/-1mm side to side with a suitable gap between the boxes. Each MFT 350 Friction feeder will be equipped with an Automatic Product Loader (3 meters long) positioned at 90 degrees in respect to the feeder ( one of the Autoamtic Product Loaders will be over the mechanical side of the feeder and two of the Automatic Product Loader will be over the electrical side of the feeder). The Automatic Product Loader will be positioned over the mechanical side of the feeder (not Control Panel). Each MFT 350 feeder system is mounted onto a HDSR 1000-350 Stand with 4m long support bars and three Square Bar Aluminum Frame legs. Each feeder is positioned over with its discharge parallel to the 1 meter wide conveyor. The flow of product off the feeder discharge will be with the flow of product on the conveyor. Two square frame legs are positioned to support the feeder and APL 3000-350 Automatic Product Loader and one leg is positioned on the other side of the conveyor to support the feeder over the conveyor. Each MFT 550 Friction feeder will be equipped with an Automatic Product Loader (4 meters long) positioned at 90 degrees in respect to the feeder( one of the Autoamtic Product Loaders will be over the mechanical side of the feeder and two of the Automatic Product Loader will be over the electrical side of the feeder). The Automatic Product Loader will be positioned over the mechanical side of the feeder (not Control Panel). Each MFT 350 feeder system is mounted onto a HDSR 1000-550 Stand with 5m long support bars and four Square Bar Aluminum Frame legs. Each feeder is positioned over with its discharge parallel to the 1 meter wide conveyor. The flow of product off the feeder discharge will be with the flow of product on the conveyor. Three square frame legs are positioned to support the APL 4000-550 Automatic Product Loader and one leg is positioned on the other side of the conveyor to support the feeder over the conveyor. Each feeder system will tip a game board or paper insert into a game box as it travels below the feeder. The customer will be responsible for having the game boxes presented under the feeder straight and with a suitable gap between them. Left and right Discharge Side Guides will be used to guide the product on the discharge to be certain that the products are straight as they are fed. Each feeder will be signaled to feed by a Tipping Photo Optic Start Sensor and will be configured with Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies consisting of feed belts with holes and vacuum chambers to help the feeder better grip the product. Also the feeders will be configured with Continuous Motion Accutipping consisting of an encoder mounted onto your conveyor along with software and hardware to adjust the speed and timing of the feeder to feed a product on the same location regardless of the speed of the conveyor. This proposal is contingent upon a successful test of customer-supplied samples. Options available: As an option each feeder can be configured with a Input Output board with 8 inputs and 8 outputs to allow other devices to communicate with the feeder. An optional Remote Keypad Assembly can be used to control the feeder if the Automatic Product loader is positioned over the feeder control panel. Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly and a spare parts kit. As an option start up assistance at your location, plus travel and living expenses that are billed at actual cost can be purchased. Additional hours are available at our standard rates. We recommend that the technician set up the equipment at your facility and train your personnel on proper operation, adjustments and maintenance. Multifeeder can also supply integration and testing services at our published rates. Equipment not manufactured by Multifeeder is quoted on the basis of proposals from the vendor. Price changes from the vendor will be adjusted at the time of your order. Technical support will be scheduled after a signed purchase order has been received by Multifeeder Technology. Please allow enough time for your purchase order to be received before scheduling service support. Customer has reque4sted that one system of each MFT 350 and MFT 550 (over mechanical side) be build and shipped first and the remaining 2 MFT 350 and 2 MFT 550s to be shipped at a later date.
