Project Scope: Featuring: MFT APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loaders (2000mm x 190mm) to be used with an existing MFT 250 Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to allow for an optimum stack height in the in feed magazine of the feeder and for increased in feed magazine capacity. This proposal includes net 45 day terms with no down payment. The Automatic Product Loader is mounted on two height adjustable legs with locking castors to allow the loader to be positioned in line with respect to an existing MFT 250 Feeder. Once the stack drops below a pre-set level, the Photo Optic Sensor (mounted on the infeed of the feeder) will signal the loader to replenish the stack. Left and Right Side Guides will be used to register the stack of products, side to side, as they are transferred from the APL into the feeder. The control panel for the APL will be mounted on the side opposite of the control panel for the MFT 250 Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. AZ Notes and Specifications: -Transport direction to Feeder is right to left from Operators side -Transport length 2000mm -Operating Panel on Operators side (contrary to MFT250) -Alignment flange mounted on rear side -Signal lights, power cords, and Allen Wrenches are not included to help reduce the investment required per loader Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on using standard CR-80 cards -No product samples submitted -No URS/Specifications were summitted with this proposal. -A URS/Specification submitted after this proposal will result in a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will not provide set ups or testing of any products but confirm functionality -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: -Spare Parts Kit -Low Product Sensor Assembly -MFT customer on-site training and installation assistance Custom Request This proposal also includes the changes that you have requested below: The side guides, on the transport section, are too high. Due to the high side guides, it is not possible to fill the CR80 cards cleanly by hand. For the delivered cardline versa, the side guides were adjusted by AZ as follows: - The height of the side guides, was reduced to 50 mm according picture 20221004_131252. - The end of the side guides was adjusted on both sides according to picture 20221004_131323. - The lateral suspension of the side guides was modified according to pictures 20221004_131405 and 20221004_131415. Please adjust the side guides with the next delivery of a DBX148.

Will modify side guide in house. 3/16: No change. 3/2: New order yesterday. No engineering needed. Needs to be kicked off to procurement.
