Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 350 IP3 XED Friction Feeder w/ 375mm (14.76") long discharge; Catch Tray w/ Magnetic Side Guides This revised proposal consists of three MFT Automation MFT 350 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder systems to feed batches of envelopes into a Catch Tray for operator pick up at a rate of up to 7 batches (50 count) per minute. The feeder separates products from a vertical stack, with the assistance of a Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly and Pneumatic Shaker Assembly, and transports them into the discharge of the feeder. The products are discharged into a Catch Tray Pan where they are stacked and accumulated. A Photo Optic Start Sensor will be mounted in the tray to signal the feeder to replenish the tray once a stack is removed by the operator. Existing System This proposal includes a fourth rigidized support plate as well as a fourth Pneumatic Shaker Assembly to be utilized with your existing MFT Automation Friction Feeder system (serial number required with order). Note: -This proposal is "formal" per the sample(s) summitted for testing only and a video provided to the customer -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product for each feeder. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: -HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. -Static Reduction Bar used to reduce static on the products as they travel on the discharge of the feeder -Vacuum Track Assembly (a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes) for additional grip for the products as they are fed out of the infeed stack (house vacuum supply). -Spare Parts Kit -Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly -MFT customer on site training or installation assistance

Almost done. 3/16: Advised Penny to put on new belts for feeders due to their condition -KSJ Pulled and in production. 2/23: Processed and will need to start over. Now using existing feeders. 2/23 Update work order to reflect that we will utilize the Kindeva IP2 Friction Feeders for this order (SN 2050-10252 etc.) 2/16: Kicking off tomorrow.
