Project Scope: Featuring: Two MFT Automation APL's 190 Wide. One in a 3 meter length and the second in a 2 meter length. The proposed system is the change to your current orders. Instead of the APL's being down lower and off to the side they will be inline to your existing tipping feeder. The APL will go from the feeder to the back of the system above your future pre-feeder. The front of the APL will be mounted to the slide rails for the feeder and the back of the APL will have a straddle mount assembly. Note: -MFT will Setup and Test (2) Products in One (1) Configuration for the transfer from the proposed APL to a in-house "test feeder" . The test feeder is to be set at the same angle as your existing feeder. -The customer must provide the angle at which the existing feeder is set -Nosco will need to secure the rear straddle stand to their existing equipment. -MFT will test the shortest and longest product in one orientation only -MFT Service and Installation Services are not included in this proposal -No URS and/or Specifications were summitted with this proposal. Any URS and/or Specifications submit after will result in a requote.
Notes: Nosco WO 2022091 7/20: 1st system shipped; 2nd to ship after 1st installed 7/6: Waiting on video approval from sales. Sent yesterday. Waiting on money. They should be next week. 6/29: Responded back that they haven't heard on payment. Thinking it will not be until next week. Video was sent to customer. 6/22: In production. Unit #2 is being assembled. Only going to pay for 1 unit. 6/15: In production 6/8: In queue to be picked 5/25: No change 5/18: no change 5/11: Were able to get part order in sooner. 5/4: Parts issue that had to be reordered. Kick off tomorrow 2/9: Customer asked for information on cancelling one or both. Gave information to customer. They aren't happy. 2/2: On hold. Potentially cancel one APL 1/26: Jim had call with customer earlier this week. Making progress. 1/19: No change 1/12: waiting for customer approval. 1/5: Jack updating drawing. 12/8: Should have drawing in another week or so. 12/1: Still waiting on drawing for customer to sign. 11/17: Customer sat on it so pushing to January. ME finished checking drawings. 11/10: Jim had call with Nosco last week. Jim working with customer. 11/3: Sent final layout to Jim for approval. Currently detailing. 10/27: Designing APLs.
