Project Scope: Featuring: Impresso Label Applicator with leading panel wiper assembly for 2-panel labeling. A start sensor detecting a box traveling down your conveyor (narrow edge leading) at a fixed pitch with a space between boxes. The label will be wiped onto the side of the box then "tucked" over the top panel of the box. The labeler will come equipped with a T-based stand on rollers to mount the labeler. The wipe assembly will be mounted by CS Robotics. Note: -This proposal is "formal" having reviewed the product and label. -The labels will be dispensed in the F2 position in the PDF shared by CS Robotics. This is for a side apply and top "tuck" fold configuration. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video of the system function (custom has the host system) for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance -The product must be rigid enough to apply light wiping pressure for the label -Label supply roll = 16" OD x 3" ID Core -MFT is not providing customer on-site Training or Installation Assistance with this proposal.

Labels supposed to be here this week. Haven't received tracking. Need a shipping method. 5/4: Waiting on labels. 4/27: Waiting on sales for samples. 4/20: Waiting on labels from the customer and the shipping method. 4/13: Waiting on labels from the customer. Need shipping method. 4/6: In Integration. Waiting for labels. Labels have been requested. Waiting for a date from their customer 3/30: In production. 3/23: Waiting for left hand parts for Impresso. 3/16: No change. Committed to 10 week turn with used equipment. 3/2: Everything on order 2/23: Waiting for down payment. Processed and quoting parts. 2/16: Kicking off tomorrow.
