Project Scope: Feature: MFT IP 750XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder with dual lane operation. The Feeder separates and feeds your products from the infeed hopper of the feeder. The feeder is a dual lane system (it can run dual lane or single lane) which will have independent drives for each lane to dispense two products next to each other. Once a dry contact is received from your controller, one for each control box, a product will be dispensed for each lane. I/O to be provided: Inputs (To PLC): i. Run/Stop System ii. Feed Product (Start signal) iii. Remote Fault Reset Outputs (To Customer): i. Feed Cycle Complete ii. System Fault iii. Low Product iv. System Running Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having ran all the products previously as listed. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -The system will be mounted and integrated by Jordan Manufacturing. -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Optional items: -HDSR 1000-750 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. -Spare Parts Kit
