Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 600XED Hygienic Wash-down Friction Feeder The feeder will individually separate the corrugated products from a stack in the infeed hopper with magazine side guides and rear support curve. The feeder includes scales on the rear support curve and cross rods for the magazine side guides. The magazine side guides will be modified to clear the feed belts so the side guides can be moved left to right without removing them. Hand knobs, which are not hygienic, will be provided on the magazine side guides for quick adjustment. A low voltage start signal will be sent from Syntegon's wrapper to the feeder to initiate the dispense. The feeder features an Accutipping Controller, with encoder feed back, to accurately place the product into the lugs of the wrapper. Notes: - No products were submitted with this proposal - MFT assumes that the round pizza tray is of standard corrugated construction thus this proposal is considered formal - The customer will mount, integrate and install the MFT system as proposed -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. - MFT On-Site Training and Installation Services are not included in this proposal Options Available Upon Request: - APL 2000-490 Hygienic Wash-down Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity - Spare Parts List is available upon the initial order (option dependent)

Waiting for customers to arrive on Tuesday afternoon. 4/4:QA Done. 4/4/23 Complete in INT, moved to QA as we wait for video approval and the customer to come approve onsite-HML 3/30: Feeder back in production. Have all parts now. Tearing down to get parts on. 3/23: In production. Everything in EE. Waiting on height adj. rods and back brace. UL date is 3/28 3/22: Feeder and APL are in EE for UL Testing 3/16: In production. Waiting for parts. UL scheduled for 3/28 3/2: As far in production as they can go. Need to pull APL once parts are here. 2/23: Picking feeder only. 2/16: No change 2/9: No change. Everything on order. 2/2: Emailed to Ed a few days ago. 1/26: ME designing lift kit. Hoping to have layout done today. Finish parts tomorrow. 1/19: Received both payments today. Order standard side guides and then passivate in Integration or design correct ones in ME. Plan to order standard to keep order moving. 1/12: procurement processed except for custom parts (encoder, side guide modification, quick adjust knobs). Side guides cut off to be above feed belts for easy adjustment. Devin and Jim processed encoder.
