Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 550XED Friction Feeder, ADT 550XLT Automatic Drop Table, APL 2000-485 Automatic Product Loader and HDSR stand on rollers. The feeder separates and feeds your cake bottoms from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they are batch counted into a stack and collected in the drop table (ADT). Once the start sensor detects a passing lug on y our conveyor, the ADT will open, drop the stack, close and the feeder will automatically begin feeding and counting the next batch. -The product loader (APL) will provide increased loading capacity to the system. -The feeder and drop table will be mounted onto a stand on rollers. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested the small diameter product. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. For some unforeseen seen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Optional items: -Feeder spare parts kit -ADT spare parts kit -APL spare parts kit

Got plates on machines. Waiting for customer buy in 3/22: Integration installing license plates today 3/16: Need to figure out CE label stuff. Check to see if Vic can do on engraver. 3/2: Got demo done. Waiting on approval from sales. QA is done. Customer setting up their own shipping. 2/23: Waiting on product. Due in today. Just need to validate after we receive the samples. 2/16: ADT and feeder are together. Equipment in Integration. Need more product from customer. Jim following up with customer. 2/15: Requested more samples from Sales to set-up APL and run video acceptance 2/9: Shortage of feedbelts. Can this be pulled into February? 2/2: Currently processing. Going to use show 550 and drop table. Also used APL. Feeder will be new. 1/26: New order. Using used APL and drop table from show room. Can use used feeder or not.
