Project Scope: Featuring: MFT V 350ED Signature Series Friction Feeder. The feeder will separate and feed your chipboard sheets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Once a dry contact is received from your controller the feeder will dispense a product. Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having complete products for Engineering review -MFT's "V" Value Series feeders do NOT include a product set-up. Please see options section for set up option. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
Notes: Bay Valley WO 2023035 5/18: Penny has questions 4/13: Production working on it. Lid came in. Said they would pay prior to ship 6/1. Jim talking with customer. 4/6: In production. Waiting for lid to come in. 3/30: In production. Have sub assemblies together. Waiting on lid (4/6 ship date). Will assemble after holes are drilled. 3/23: Pulled. Waiting for lid to case that was modified. (due 4/6) All prepped up. Needs video 3/16: Pulled. Waiting for lid to come in to drill holes in the case. 3/2: Layout was sent to the customer. Waiting on sales. 2/23: Ed checking to see if layout was sent to Jim. 2/16: Checked drawings yesterday. Redlines should be done today. Then will send layout for approval and hopefully release tomorrow. 2/9: Still waiting on ME. 2/3: moved to ME. Ed to work with machine shop to modify case to remove 2 inches in width. remember that removing and replacing the side lid of the case is part of the size reduction as you cannot take a full 2 inches off the case. motor side of machine only 2/2: Need to bring case to machine shop to take off 2 inches. 1/19: Peter to review and hand off to procurement.
