Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 350XED Friction Feeder w/ ADT (Automatic Drop Table). The feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. As the products exit the feeder they will be accumulated/batched in the drop table. Once the system received a start pulse from a passing lug, on your existing conveyor, the drop table will cycle dropping the completed batch, and the next batch will automatically begin being counted. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested all products. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product consisting of batch counting into the ADT, releasing the batch into a bin and repeating. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Optional items: -Spare parts kit -Stack light - To provide machine status and display the low product condition if the low product sensor is purchased. -Low product sensor and mount - to detect when the product is running low. -Stack shaker to actuate the stack as the products are fed. -ADT back and side tamper to square the product stack as they are collected in the ADT.
Notes: Target WO 2023032 5/18: Dyaln -after Tru-earth and Crown Pkg. 4/13: Picked up today. 4/6: No change 4/5: QA is Done. 3/30: Waiting on customer visit for 4/11 3/23: Complete in Integration. Needed to make a lot of mechanical changes to mask an electrical/software issue. Ready for customer to come in (scheduled for 4/11). Target will arrange their own truck for pick up. 3/16: In production. Need to complete drop table. Customer coming in for the day. Hopefully next week. 3/2: Feeder in burn in. Awhile before work on drop table will begin. 2/23: No change. 2/16: Parts on order 2/9: A few parts left to get on order. 2/2: Processed and quoting parts 1/26: In procurement queue. 1/19: Peter to review and then push to procurement.
