Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 550XED Wash-down Industrial Performance Friction Feeder The Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your pizza top sheet labels from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Once the feeder detects a pizza present on your existing conveyor via the start sensor, the Accutipping Controller uses the encoder feed back to place the sheet directly onto top despite with line speed changes. The Feeder will be mounted onto a cantilevered stand with rollers to extend over your line. Notes: -The conveyor will be supplied by the customer -The conveyor pass-line height and width needs to be supplied to confirm compatibility -The customer to mount both the MFT supplied encoder and product sensor to their conveyor -The equipment is washdown construction and NOT a hygienic design. A hygienic washdown feeder is available. -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the clients equipment (i.e.: , feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Failure to operate MFT equipment as outlined in the MFT provided manual can result in injury. MFT is not responsible for the operation or modifications made to MFT equipment outside of the parameters of the manual. -MFT is not liable for damages and/or injuries due to operator negligence. -Samples have not been provided for this project. Therefore, any performance guarantees are contingent upon evaluation and testing of actual samples. -Service Installation and Training is not included in this proposal but is available as an option

Waiting on samples still. 2/23: Jim bumped on samples. Haven't heard back. 2/16: No change. Waiting on samples 2/9: No change. Still waiting on samples. 2/2: Bumped for samples. At mercy of vendor. 1/26: Waiting for samples. 1/19: Trying to get check out done. Has to go back to EE for electrical work. In process of building stands - issues with stand parts. Waiting for samples. Trying to get dates from vendor but not able to. 1/16: Feeder to be set up like the system in the Project Sample Video below. HML 1/12: waiting for samples. machines built in production, waiting on electrical panels from EE. 1/5: Missing samples. Building feeders. Stands on NCM. 12/8: Hoping to get samples in to test. Still waiting. 12/1: Micah testing on Delta machine. 11/17: Got samples in. Need to test. Need to verify they are matte finish. 11/10: Got samples. Need to evaluate them. 11/3: Parts due end of December. Need to check on samples. 10/27: All squared away on encoders. Encoders on order 10/20: No Change.
