Project Scope: Featuring: Two (2) MFT Automation 250 IP3 ED (197mm) Industrial Performance Friction Feeders to tip various products up to 200mm wide onto your existing conveyor with consistent repeat using cardline controls at a rate of up to 300 per minute. This proposal includes net 45 day terms with no down payment. Each Friction Feeder will separate your products from an inclined stack stack and will transported them individually onto the discharge of the feeder. The feeder will present the cards onto your existing transport with consistent repeat using Cardline Controls. Notes: -Signal lights, power cords, and Allen Wrenches are not included to help reduce the investment required per feeder. -A plug is included to allow Atlantic Zeiser to wire their encoder to the MFT 250 IP3 Friction feeder. -Left and Right Discharge Side Guides (as per AZ Specification) with 250mm long shafts to hold the guides will be used to ensure that the products are straight as they are fed -Card line software package varies the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the CR 80 cards are placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine and also allows each feeder to be controlled via the serial port -This proposal is "formal". -No URS/Specifications were summitted with this proposal. A URS/Specification submitted after this proposal will result in a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document -This proposal assumes that the customer will install the system -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and government requirements. -Includes the set up and testing of One (1) Product Combination only. -MFT Automation can provide installation and integration services as an option at our standard rates Options Available: -A vacuum track assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber can be utilized to allow the feeder better grip the products as they are fed -An optional Remote Keypad Assembly can be used to allow the controls of the feeder to be located in the optimum position -HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers -Spare Parts Kit -Low Product Sensor Assembly -MFT customer on-site training and installation assistance
