Project Scope: Featuring: (2) MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder The proposed feeder will separate, cingulate and feed your cartons from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The HD 425 Rear Support will support your bigger products in the infeed section. Notes: -The feeder will be mounted and signaled to feed by Qcomp. -The quote includes setup and testing for one (1) carton size per feeder as proposed -The feeder comes with a 30" tall in feed magazine but actual stack height is product dependent. -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Failure to operate MFT equipment as outlined in the MFT provided manual can result in injury. MFT is not Responsible for the operation or modifications made to MFT equipment outside of the parameters of the manual. -MFT is not liable for damages and/or injuries due to operator negligence. -Customer On Site Training and Installation Assistance is not include with this proposal.
