Project Scope: Featuring: (1) Elastic belt 250XED feeder, (3) 250 Tipping Feeders, (3) 350 Base Feeders, (1) 350 Tipping Feeder and (4) 2 meter long 350 APL's. Estimated Deliveries: -250 ED feeder estimated: 3 - 4 weeks -Remaining feeders estimated: 6-8 weeks -APLS's estimated delivery; 12-14 weeks We will try to deliver soon if possible Note: -MFT will not be setting up or testing any product for any of the feeders and/or APL's -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT training or installation assistance.
Notes: Precision Finishing Systems WO 2022134 12/8: Pulled. In process of building APLs 12/1: No change. Will need a crate for 2. Two will courier to Diamond and 2 will ship to Precision. 11/17: Waiting on parts. 11/10: Need to rebuild. 11/3: Kicked Precision behind Shutterfly. 10/27: Working on 4 APLs. Re-allocate three of these to Shutterfly. 10/20: feeders shipped 10-18, APLs are scheduled 11/15 10/14: Ok to ship 7 feeders. Shipping Tuesday. Waiting for crate 10/6: 7 feeders in production (3 in shipping) 2 others built. 9/29: Feeders picked. In production. APL only thing left in procurement. 9/22: Parts are good except APL 9/15: No change 9/8: No change 9/1: Shipped first feeder last week. All parts on order. 8/25: Down payment was mailed Tuesday. Prior to ship on first feeder was received today. 8/18: Processed, quoting APL parts. Will pick hot feeder next week.
