Project Scope: Featuring: MFT Automation 250 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder w/ 375mm (14.76") long discharge. The proposed system consists of an MFT 250 IP3 XED Friction Feeder system to feed cards onto an existing conveyor to be ink jet printed by your existing print system at a rate of up to 150 per minute. The feeder will separate your products, assisted by a Pneumatic Shaker, from an inclined stack and will transport them onto the discharge individually. Using the feeder's demo mode, the products will be fed one at a time onto your existing conveyor at a rate of up to 150 per minute where they will be printed by a customer supplied and integrated print system. Note: -This proposal is "Budgetary". Actual samples are required for a review and a revision of this quote will be required. -No URS/Specifications were summitted with this proposal. A URS/Specification submitted after this proposal will result in a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document -This proposal assumes that the customer will install the system -Includes the set up and testing of One (1) Product Combination only. -MFT Automation can provide installation and integration services as an option at our standard rates Options Available: -The feeder can be configured with optional Accutipping Repeat with encoder to allow the feeder to feed the cards onto the conveyor with consistent repeat regardless of the speed of the base conveyor. -HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers -Spare Parts Kit -Low Product Sensor Assembly -MFT customer on-site training and installation assistance
