Project Scope: Featuring MFT Automation 250 V3 Series Friction Feeder with XED (372mm Long)discharge and Custom Case Paint The Friction Feeder will separate products from an inclined stack and transfer them one at a time into the discharge of the feeder. A Pneumatic Shaker will be mounted onto the rear support assembly of the feeder to reduce friction between the products as they are fed and to assist with product flow. The feeder will be signaled to feed the tags onto an existing conveyor, one at a time, with consistent repeat using Backer Repeat Mode (consists of an encoder mounted onto your existing conveyor to monitor its speed. The computer timing compensation package of the feeder will adjust the speed and timer of the feeder to placed the tags onto the conveyor with consistent repeat regardless of speed). A Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly with mounting bracket is included. Notes: -This proposal does NOT include product set up or testing -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeders with your existing system. -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: -MFT Automation can provide mounting, installation, and integration services -Spare Parts Kit -Standard Feeder Installation.
