Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder The Friction Feeder will separate, cingulate and feed your cards from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The products will be placed one at a time onto your existing conveyor as they exit the discharge of the feeder. Notes: -MFT will set up and test one (1) product per this proposal -Electronic Data will mount the feeder -Electronic Date will provide a start signal (dry contact) for the feeder to index a single card -Electronic Data to provide any other necessary integration into their existing line -Electronic Data to provide the conveying of the product -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: , feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Failure to operate MFT equipment as outlined in the MFT provided manual can result in injury. MFT is not Responsible for the operation or modifications made to MFT equipment outside of the parameters of the manual. -MFT is not liable for damages and/or injuries due to operator negligence. -Service installation and training services are not included with this proposal. Please consult your MFT Representative for options Optional items: -Signal Interface cable with flying leads to send the start pulse and retrieve the feeders' status. -Additional Product Set-ups (only One is included in the base price) -Service and Installation Assistance is not provided with this quote but is available as an option.
