Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance tipping feeder. The Friction Feeder will separate and feed your cards from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The start sensor will detect a passing base product, as it travels down your existing conveyor. Once a base product is detected it will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder to accurately place a product onto the passing base product. Cardsource will provide the base product pre-glued for the tipping operation, a transfer roller and mounting for the feeder in. Optional Available: -Straddle Mount (standard configuration) for mounting the feeder over your existing line (need to verify dimension of line) -High Performance Drive Package upgrade to allow the feeder to achieve speeds beyond 300 PPM -Pressure roller will aid the transfer from the feeder to the conveyor to seat the card down. -MFT Training and Installation Services
