Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 250XLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder The Friction Feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder comes with a 30" tall, in feed hopper, but the actual loading capacity is product dependent. Once a start pulse is received (from your controller) the feeder will dispense a product onto your existing conveyor. The speeds are quoted based on the system running near continuous motion to achieve these rates. Note: -The feeder will be mounted by Custom Solutions Manufacturing. -The MFT signal interface cable will allow you to send a start pulse to the feeder. -MFT will setup and test one product size for machine run off -This proposal does not included customer on-site training or installation assistance but it is available as an option
