Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 550XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your chipboard sheets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Note: -Product dimensions were provided but samples were not submitted at time of quote. Samples for testing and/or Engineering review are required to qualify your project. -The proposal is "budgetary" until samples have been reviewed -The feeder will be signaled to feed by Jordan through the J1 port using a dry contact -The feeder will be mounted by Jordan Manufacturing -MFT Service Training and Installation Assistance is not included with this proposal
Notes: Jordan Manufacturing WO 2022101 7/21: creating video of all three units. QA still needed. video approval still needed. 7/14: Product is on its way to us. 7/7: Still waiting on customer to send products. Waiting in Integration. 6/30: Feeders are built and in integration. Samples on their way. 6/23: In production 6/16: No change. 6/9: Waiting for money. Processed, parts are on order.
