Project Scope: Featuring MFT 250XED V Signature Series Friction Feeder. The proposed system consists a MFT 250XED V Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The products will be fed into the driven discharge to allow GBF to do their secondary operations. The driven discharge will allow the product to pass through the discharge without stopping. GBF will provide the start sensor which will signal the driven discharge to dispense a single product into the lug. The feeder can use the start sensor or a signal can be sent depending on the mode you are operating in. Expedite is for one system and is estimated at 8 - 10 weeks. Note: -Multifeeder will provide the mounting for your existing print head and encoder to the driven discharge. -MFT will not power up the printer or apply ink (mounting only). -The print on the card will be off to the side of the product. -The systems will mount onto a cantilevered stand on rollers with extruded side rail extensions to allow you to mount the feeder inline
Notes: Goal is to ship in 8-10 weeks, use show machine Driven Discharge. repeat order, do not need to set up and test. 7/21: feeder to move to integration today. 7/14: Driven discharge in burn in. Building feeder. Have two stands to build. 7/7: No change 6/30: No change 6/23: No change 6/16: Parts on order. Stand parts due 7/27. Will use driven discharge from show machine and swap after. 6/9: Processed, quoting parts
