Project Scope: 350 XLD, Catch tray, HDSR stand An operator will load flattened carton products into the magazine of an MFT 350 IP3 Friction Feeder. The feeder will separate the cartons and transport them down the discharge. As the cartons are moved down the discharge they will pass under the customer supplied and integrated ink jet printer. Once printed with the use by date, cartons will exit the feeder into the catch tray. The system will be able to produces samples at a maximum rate of 200 products per minute. The feeder and catch tray will be mounted onto a mobile and height adjustable stand. MFT will validate and setup for both of your carton products.
Notes: Ivars Seafood WO 2022095 7/28: Shipping today 7/21: Steve making video of product. ran into small issue on 3rd product, working to resolve. 7/14: Hoping to move to Integration today. 7/7: Remote Keypad was sold off of WO 2022099. That Keypad goes with this project. Need to add keypad to 095 workorder. Total should be $39,064 6/30: No change 6/23: No change 6/16: No change. 6/9: No change 5/26: In procurement. Will get an upgrade for remote keypad - Received Upgrade PO 5/19/22: Processing signed quote, will be receiving upgrade to include remote keypad
