Project Scope: The revised proposed system consists of an MFT Automation 350 IP3 WD XED Industrial Performance Series Wash Down Friction Feeder system to feed cardboard pizza rounds into your existing conveyor (perpendicular to flow) at a rate of up to 60 per minute. The revised proposal includes the following changes: 1. Change lead time to 16 weeks. 2. Add a line item for Packaging Charges. 3. Change Warranty to 18 months from date of pick-up of material. 4. Add Line Item for French Manual. 5. Change terms to 40% down payment with purchase order 30% payment prior to pick up of goods 30% Net 60 days after pick up date being payments days 12 & 27 MFT Automation requires a signed copy of our proposal to proceed. The MFT Automation 350 IP3 Stainless Steel XED Friction Feeder will gently separate your products from an inclined stack and will transfer them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly with Rigidized Support Plate will be utilized to support the stack from the back as they are fed. The feeder will be signaled to feed a product into the in feed of a Ulma Packaging Machine (perpendicular to flow) and will provide back feeder status using a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. The feeder will be equipped with Stainless steel cases, hex head fasteners, connectors, a wash down motor, and cables to accommodate wash down. The MFT 350 IP3 Stainless Steel XED Friction feeder uses case inside of a case design to allow for cleaning with water, steam, chemicals, or a mixture of them. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the existing conveyor. As an option Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option. Options available: Other options include a Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers, a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder Installation.

Will cost us. 12/1: Waiting for confirmation from TUV by the end of the week if they can hold testing on 12/5. 11/17: Still waiting on when safety testing will be. 11/10: Karl still at TUV. Should be done with EMC testing today. Trying to find someone to schedule safety testing. 11/3: In CE currently. 10/27: Courier machine for CE on Friday. 10/20: No Change 10/14: Complete and approved less CE. CE scheduled for the end of the month. 10/6: In production. Just got electrical box. Hoping for 1st burn in today 9/29: Parts at passivation. Expect parts back in 2 weeks. 9/22: Need new shipping goal. CE is mandatory. Build as soon as we can. 2 more weeks for parts. 9/15: No change 9/8: No change 9/1: No change. Needs parts passivated. Need CE approval. Won't have motor cables until November. 8/25: No change 8/18: No change 8/11: No change - 8/4: No change. Need to check to see if we got a quote for CE. 7/28: No change in regards to parts. 7/21:working through quoting details for CE Need to get quotes for CE 7/14: Mark reviewing documentation and will send to team soon. 7/7: No change. Don't have quote on CE yet. 6/30: Someone will contact. Don't have a quote yet for CE. Thinking mid-September we would be ready. 6/23: Need quote on CE testing still. 6/16: No change 6/9: No change 6/2: Parts due 9/6. If CE goes smoothly could go sooner than November. 5/26: Parts on order 5/19: Quoting parts. Need CE. Production build date is sooner, need time for CE. 5/12: Kicking off today
